What to expect

Free Consultation

During your first appointment a consultation form will be completed, all information is confidential and adheres to recent GDPR requirements. Please allow an extra 15 minutes to complete this. There is no extra charge for the consultation. There are certain conditions that may require special attention. It may be necessary for you to consult your GP before treatment can begin.

Information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

Your modesty and personal boundaries are respected at all times; you are in control of your treatment.

I pride myself on creating a calming personal experience for each individual client. I understand from first hand experience the benefits of Holistic Therapy treatments as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Holistic Therapies can be used to restore, rejuvenate and to relax, and benefit whole families as well as individuals. I work very intuitively and I tailor make all treatments to ensure that you will receive the best possible outcome from each treatment.

Treatments

At the beginning of each appointment I will ask what you would like to achieve from your treatment. For example: relaxation, invigoration, to relieve tension etc and, if it is a massage that you are receiving, would you like more focus on a certain areas such as your back or legs etc.

After a treatment

Following a treatment you can relax and take all the time you need in the seating area before you continue with your day . I will always provide filtered water and herbal teas to help this awakening and healing process

Aftercare advice

In order to gain the maximum benefit from your treatment, it is advisable to follow some aftercare advice that will be provided to you in a leaflet.
